Cancellation & Payment Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your physiotherapy appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following payment and cancellation policy:
Payment Terms
All appointments must be paid for in advance.
Payments can be made securely during the online booking process.
If your appointment has been arranged directly with the therapist, a payment link will be sent to your registered email address. Payment must be completed prior to the appointment being confirmed.
Notification Period
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, may be subject to a full session charge.
Refunds or rescheduling are not guaranteed if insufficient notice is provided.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients with a pattern of repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may be required to pre-pay for future appointments without the option of refund.
